Great Little Interface

It does its primary job as an interface just fine. No complaints about the sound. Build quality is good. The software is nice, really straight forward.

Extra things I like:
- it has a small USB hub built in
- it can be set to sleep mode in which the lights are off by long pressing on arturia logo button
- it can be powered by external power supply which is provided
- works without a computer, the software remebers last settings, so sometimes I can play my instrument without turning the computer on

Excellent quality and portability

After using and appreciating the steinberg line for a few years, I was happy to try out the minifuse after enjlykng some of the other controllers from arturia.
I have to say, it does not disappoint. Extremely portable and rte included software centre make internal routing a breeze.

This is a very good interface in general. I bought it partly to use in situations where I don't have a computer available, because it advertises that you can use it as a standalone mini-mixer. Sadly, that standalone ability doesn't extend to the MIDI host USB port, which doesn't work unless you have a computer plugged in.

I do think the company might have been slightly clearer about that in their advertising.

Apart from that, this is great and I've been using it for a year and a half now with no problems.

Venant d'un Steinberg UR44 dont j'étais déjà fort content, je dois dire que celui-ci est un bon cran au dessus en terme de performances. Moins de latence, plus de puissance, meilleurs préamplis. Excellent rendu et aucun problème particulier. J'en suis très satisfait.

Niveau qualité de fabrication, c'est du plastique de qualité. Semble vraiment durable. Les connectiques sont nickel. Les boutons ergonomiques. Tout va bien de ce côté-là. Point positif, petits patins en caoutchouc qui stabilisent le boitier sur mon bureau... car il est assez léger (ce qui est assez positif pour moi car je suis amené à le transporter de temps à autre. Ma steinberg faisait le triple du poids !)

Très sympa, la touche Arturia sur le boitier qui permet d'avoir accès direct à l'interface logicielle. Seul petit bémol pour moi : l'interface logicielle en elle-même qui, malgré sa sobriété et son apparente simplicité, est un peu opaque dans son fonctionnement et son ergonomie dès qu'on veut configurer les sorties. Mais c'est sans doute très personnel. Heureusement, il a un accès direct au manuel de fonctionnement en ligne.

Nice compact interface with user firendly software

I replaced my old compact PreSonus interface with this one because of two reasons:

- Two separated headphone outputs (no need for an additional headphone amp)
- Easy to use software for routing (e.g. separate headphone / monitor mixes) and loopback functionality.

The casing is sturdy but reasonably lightweight. The plastic knobs also feel good although metal ones would have been a plus - for the price it is fine though.

Excellent interface especially for the price

I wanted a good, affordable 4-input interface while at the same time avoiding that annoying red color, if you know what I mean. This interface has worked perfectly and with a low enough noise for serious recordings.

It can be powered by the same USB used to connect to the PC, but if you power it with the AC adapter, this interface also gives you two extra functioning USB inputs which have actually been quite useful when my PC's running out of USB slots.

For those new to interfaces, the inputs and outputs can be freely routed through a control software in the PC.

All in all very satisfied.
